Caesarstone launches brand new virtual tour of their London Showroom

London, UK: Caesarstone has launched a brand-new Virtual Tour of their flagship London showroom. Accessible via the ‘See & Buy’ section of the Caesarstone website, the tour offers customers the opportunity to stand ‘virtually’ in front of the 2.8-metre-high displays and see each one of the Caesarstone Collections in detailed high-resolution from anywhere in the country.

“We’re very excited about the launch of our new virtual tour” says Jon Stanley, VP of Marketing UK and EMEA. “When you’re deciding on something as important as the work surface for your kitchen, it’s vital that you take your time to ensure that you make the right decision. We have designed the virtual tour specifically to help consumers with their buying process and within it, they can browse our collections and designs and see every nuance of the colour and pattern”.

He continued, “the Caesarstone Virtual Tour was a very popular resource for consumers during lockdown, with visits increasing by 800% in 2020. Now, it stands alongside our sampling service, downloadable brochures, and online Visualiser technology in helping consumers choose their perfect Caesarstone surface. It’s an amazing resource for or those who would otherwise find visiting a showroom difficult due to time constraints or geographical location, as well as those that want to come again and again as their design ideas evolve – the opportunity to discover Caesarstone’s range of surfaces from the comfort of their home is priceless.”

Using high-resolution photography and informative videos the virtual tour allows viewers to browse the Caesarstone Collections and find out more about each of the beautiful products in the range. The tour allows the user to move around the showroom and see large Caesarstone displays, moving amongst the Supernatural and Metropolitan Collections, as well as the display furniture in the space. By clicking on a specific design, further information about that surface is displayed, including a description and kitchen image of the surface. Viewers can then head straight to the product page on the website and explore the product in greater depth or order a sample straight to their door.

Stanley goes on to explain “Samples are an important part of the selection process, but they only tell part of the story. A sample gives you good idea of the base colour and the texture and tactility of a surface, but for designs with greater complexity it is hard to convey the full picture via a 10cm x 10cm sample. The virtual tour allows customers to view the surface as a large display, so they can understand all of the beauty of the designs in their entirety.”

If virtual tour viewers do wish to book in to visit one of Caesarstone’s showrooms in London or Manchester there is an easy link to do so within the tour. Also contained within the tour is a link to the Caesarstone Moodboard Video which takes the viewer through the many ways Caesarstone can help with the design of your kitchen.
