How do I order Caesarstone?
Caesarstone surfaces are supplied in heavy, large format slabs that require specially tailored tooling and skills to fabricate. Therefore we cannot sell directly to end-consumers.
However, Caesarstone works closely alongside a number of design studios and fabricators across the country, all whom are familiar with working with Caesarstone and will be able to support your Caesarstone installation.
Use our online tool to locate your nearest studio or fabricator. Depending on where you are in your interiors project, you may wish to contact fabricators directly if you have chosen and organised your own cabinetry and just need support with ordering and installing your Caesarstone worktops.
Alternatively, if you’re in the very early stages of planning, you can visit one of our studio partners to help you in designing your entire kitchen or bathroom. Most design studios will be able to assist you in completing your project by arranging for the fabrication and installation of your Caesarstone worktops.
What are the price groups of Caesarstone surfaces?
Whilst Caesarstone collections have a total of five price groups they only reflect
on the material cost. For a more accurate estimate, it is recommended you
consult with your local fabricator or stonemason to discuss your project
requirements and be provided with a quote if you are looking at just a new
worktop for your existing or newly sourced cabinetry.
Alternatively, a showroom will be able to provide you with a quote for the worktop
as part of a complete kitchen project. Find your nearest fabricator or showroom
on the Where to buy section of our website by enabling your current location or
inputting your postcode.
If you’re in the early stages of your design project, consult our Online Visualiser to
bring your renovation project to life with the full range of Caesarstone surface
options at your disposal. Additionally, you can also request a sample of your
favourite surface to be sent straight to your home.
Where can I view Caesarstone surfaces?
The best place to take in the entire Caesarstone range and view large format displays of our surfaces, is at one of our two studios, located at Caesarstone’s London Headquarters and at our Manchester Distribution Centre. You will also benefit from dedicated support from our team specific to your project needs upon your visit. Caesarstone surfaces are also available to view locally to you in design studios and fabricator showrooms nationwide. If you would like to locate your nearest supplier or search for a specific surface, use our online tool on the Where to buy section of our website.

How do I register my Caesarstone warranty?
Simply register your Caesarstone worktops online to activate your warranty. To do this, you’ll need to have the following information to hand:
- Personal details
- Installation date
- Where the worktops were purchased from
You can register for your warranty within 3 months of purchase. Once you submit your request, you will receive a digital warranty certificate to validate your claim.
