Caesarstone expands support for smaller design practices

Caesarstone, the global leader in high quality engineered quartz surfaces, is initiating several new measures designed to support architectural and interior design practices across the UK.

Part of this is a new dedicated online sampling service that will allow practices and sole operators in the design industry to access content, specification information and other design tools, as well as ordering samples from Caesarstone’s award-winning range.

Steve Gibbs, Caesarstone UK’s head of commercial, said, “Caesarstone has earnt its reputation with the global A&D industry over many years through consistent innovation and investment in R&D, and we are known for both technical and aesthetic leadership in the industry. This fosters our relationship with the world’s biggest practices and housebuilders and sees the Caesarstone brand widely specified in prestigious projects globally.

He continued, “A high quality service, which includes the timely and convenient provision of both product information and samples is a key tenet of the Caesarstone brand and we have endeavoured to expand this out to cover practices of all sizes. Designers nationwide will benefit from faster sample deliveries and our industry-leading support.”

For architects and designers looking for accurate and verifiable digital product information, Caesarstone’s BIM objects are available via the newly launched NBS Source online directory. Caesarstone also offers an RIBA-approved CPD which is delivered online and can be booked via the RIBA CPD portal. All specification information as well as other digital assets (high resolution photography, digital swatches, lifestyle photography and renders) can be requested directly from Caesarstone by emailing [email protected]

Caesarstone’s dedicated sampling service allows designers and architects to order samples for a very quick turnaround. Asides of allowing a higher number of samples than the regular service, it also offers the option for these to be sent directly to end-clients’ addresses on the designer’s behalf, offering quicker delivery times and most crucially greater customer satisfaction.
