Caesarstone expands its team with strategic hires

Caesarstone, the global leader in premium quartz and porcelain surfaces, welcomes several new starters to its expanding team.

Richard Barrett steps into the role of Regional Sales Manager. Christopher Dean, Hugo Glass, and Thomas Moran join the team as new Area Sales Managers. Laura Harrold joins Caesarstone as a new A&D Specification Manager and Peter Malcher takes on the role of Commercial Manager for House Builders.

Richard Barrett │ Regional Sales Manager (South West)
Richard has worked in stone distribution for 25 years, witnessing quartz and more recently, sintered products, grow from their infancy into dominant use in KBB applications. Richard looks forward to developing Caesarstone’s Southwest UK region with a superior level of service and a keen eye on commercial opportunities to the benefit of Caesarstone’s loyal customer base.

Christopher Dean │ Area Sales Manager (West Scotland)
Christopher joins Caesarstone with over 20 years of retail experience. His sales expertise ranges from owning and running his own business to results-driven business development and account management within the tobacco industry where he worked for companies such as PMI and JUUL Labs. He looks forward to growing and maintaining customer partnerships at Caesarstone.

Hugo Glass │ Area Sales Manager (Postcodes OX, NN, MK, LU and HP)
Hugo is a sales professional with 5 years’ experience in the craft beer industry. Having worked for premium breweries, he is excited by Caesarstone’s reputation for producing premium, high-end surfaces. Hugo looks forward to beginning his work with both kitchen studios and fabricators, leveraging the skills he accrued in previous roles to exceed customer expectations and provide excellent service in his new position at Caesarstone.

Thomas Moran │ Area Sales Manager (East Anglia)
Thomas is a sales professional with 10 years’ experience representing luxury brands. For the last 5 years, he worked in the luxury paints sector, working with a variety of customers ranging from big-box retailers to design studios. Thomas is delighted to join the Caesarstone team. He brings an in-depth knowledge of the luxury interiors industry and looks forward to growing the Caesarstone business in the East of England.

Laura Harrold │ A&D Specification Manager (London)
Laura is a seasoned professional in the high-end surfacing materials and construction industry, with 12 years of experience working with Architects, Designers, Kitchen and Bathroom Studios, and Stone fabricators. Her most recent experience gives her valuable insights into the porcelain and ceramic sectors, which chimes well with Caesarstone’s own recent porcelain launch. Laura brings strong, existing client relationships to her new role at Caesarstone and is honoured to be joining such a respected brand in the industry.

Peter Malcher │ Commercial Manager – House Builders (North)
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in Specification sales in the Kitchens Bedrooms & Bathrooms industry with a focus on Bathroom Brassware and Washroom systems for market leading companies. He is excited to join the Caesarstone team and looks forward to maintaining and growing a successful customer base of Architects, Designers, Contractors and End Users.
